Cancel
No reason to give, no notice period. You keep access to the end of the week already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
You are signed in
One move is enough. The subscription stops renewing and access stays with you until the current period ends.
Without signing in
Give the subscription email address and the last four digits of the payment method. Cancellation is then immediate, without going through your account.
SEPA Direct Debit
Cancelling stops future debits. You may also revoke the mandate at your bank, but there is no need: nothing further will be presented.
Your conversations
They stay in your account after cancellation. You can delete them one by one from the studio, at any time.
